We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for you. Production times vary and will be communicated before work begins.
Because custom pieces are made to your specifications, they are generally non-refundable unless there is a workmanship defect or an error made by Wai Kini.
Shipping
Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Wai Kini is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
