All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our swimwear, apparel, and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale. Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
